St. Thomas's Hospital March 14. 1801

Sir

The Grand Committee of this Hospital having lett part of the
premises in lease to the late Mr Hill (which capers at Lady day next)
to Mr John Kesterton< no role > , it has been represented by him to the Treasurer
that Mrs Mackenzie, one of Mr Hills Undertenants, who occupies
the House N:88 in Blackman Street, has segnefild to him her Referal
to quest the Premises as Lady day, alledging that she harveses recd.
Notice so to do.As it is the Concern of Mr. Hills Representatives
to deliver up the Premises to the Hospital, as the Turn maker of
the lease, free from Incumbrance, I am directed to inform you of
this Circumstance, that you may take whatever Measures you
may think necessary for effecting her Removal, or to satisfy Mr
Kisterten for whatever damages he may surtain by her Detent can
of the Premises.

I am fusened with your letter of Yesterday, in which
you express a Wish to have can Inter seen with me some day
near week. Tuesday the 24. I shall be glad to see you, & as I
brought the Arts of the Wall before a late Committee I shall
have the Pleasure of [..] camelling to you a plan fircts better
Securely.

Since my last of the 17th. I find Tuesday neat will be particularly
inconvenient to me, and as you named Monday as a day feri-
table to your Engagements Obey leave to propose monday neat
the 23d. Inst. for seen Meeting as this places, or still hope for the
Pleasure of your Company as Breakfast.

I am glad to find by your letter that way they was settled on
the Committee agreeable to your Wales. Being do abt ful third
will not be in my Power to meet you or Pardon I have to
request you will please to make every Arrangement you should
properly the good of the Hospital & Covers me thereof. Several

of the House late Danuts & R
