as Mr Tyrrell (through your House) used to remet before this Term,
so as to resider any Application to him needless, I shall therefore

This server to acknowledge the Receipt of your Letter of
the 21st. enclosing a Remittance of £129..13..4 for a years rent of
your farm due as Christmas last, & for the Infurance, When the
Bell is paid it will be placed to your credit, but [..] you
will please to centreve to reduct so that the Rent may be discharged
before Christmas.

If the Purchases of the Timber have done you any damage
you should call upon them to which good, but you are [..]
that these as a Covenant in the Leases that the Ownces of the land,
shall have person to fell & carry off any TimberIf you have
sentained any extre damage you should represent it to Mr
[..] His him acquent the Treasurer with it.

It was in Consequence of Information given me by Mr.
Richardson that you was expected us Term at the Generall Event
of Guys Hospital that I [..] my Note of the 2 Novr. to be decd.
to you there. Nutl. afterwards informed me that you did
not come, that he should forward it with some papers he had
soon to sized you

I have near to acknowledge the Acct. of your favour of the
19. Inft. unclosely a drafta Robarts & Co. for £13. 9. 6 for 2
Years Annualy etc (lady Botterysleys Gift out of Clifford
Priory) due as Michmas last, for which I [..] you the Receipt
[..] your Application to on late Treasurer to purchase
this Annuity if the Hospital should depose of it; the present
Treasurer also acquaints will your Indenation & should
the purposes of the Hospital require Alceration of this Nature
[..] to keep it in Memory. Iam Sir
