Sr:
By your Father Colls. Perry's Will there
was devised to St. Thomas's Hospital £30,, to be
paid out of the Residuum of his Personal Estate within
One year after the payment of his Debts and priors
Legacies: Your Mother who was the Exectuix never
paid this Legacy and it is apprehended you may be
her Extor; I therefore trouble you with this by the
direction of our Treasurer to desire that you will
please to signify whether Assets are come to your
hands sufficient to answer this Legacy to the Hospl

Mr. Knock
Mr. Sankey has sent Notice that he intends
to fell about four Acres of underwood in Kingmill
Downwood. you are therefore desired by Mr.
Treasurer to take care of the Timber growing & to
mark all such Storers, Wavers Saplings for Tillers
as are proper to be left, & to send Mr. Trears an accot.
of what you have done in this Affair as soon as con=
veniently you can Mr. Ruck has paid the money
for the 482 Foot of Ash being £18.1 6
