I Reced yrs. of ye 20th. inst. with
a Bill on Mr Chitty for £21..-..6 on account of Fees
for Leases, which you had forgot to indorse; however
as Mr Chitty has accepted it, he will not, I suppose,
on that account refuse to pay it,The 16 Counter
parts of Leases which you mention as sent up by
the Mansfield Carrier, were not brought to Town
last Saturday; & as to that part of ye. Letter which
relates to Mrs. Parker Mr Treasurer desires you will
let her know, that if she does not satisfy Mr Fellows
for the Money he has advanced to pay the Hospital
Fine the Governors think themselves under no
Obligation to accept of her for a Tenants, & that it is
a Favour to her to make her this Offer which if she
does not immediately comply with they will let the
