Madam
I am directed by the Grand Committee of the Governrs.:
of this Hospital to desire you will give directions to build
a proper wall between your part of the Ship Inn and the Wall
of the Wash house belonging to the Chaplains house; so as
effectually to prevent the Soil from So king through, which
it does so much at present as to occasion a Stench in
that House to the great annoyance of the family and
detriment of the Wall: And if this is not done forthwith
I am to take such methods as the law allows for the
preventing such a Nusance. I hope you will avoid
any honble on this head

a Clause in our late Worthy Treasurers Will relating
to a Trust reposed in you, and to acquaint you
that he is desirous you will please to accept
that trust and that it may be performed with
as much expedition as Your and the other Gentlemen
leisure will permit
