St. Thomas's Hospital

Mr. Wilson,
I am directed to acquaint you, that the Grand
Committee of the Governors of this Hospital, have
appointed you to officiate as Clerk of St. Thomas's
Parish (in the room of Mr, Edward Dangerfield< no role >
deceased) during the pleasure of the Governors
of this Hospital,

I recd yours with a bill on Thos. Chitty< no role > for £85:15:110
which when paid shall place to account as by your
letter is directed, as to Messr. Fletcher & Barber
had it proved ever so much to their advantage
they would not have paid the Hospital more than
the £35 they agreed for, for the Bells you
mention it is not certain whether they belong to
the Hospital or the Parsh therefore believe
they will not dispose of them, however I will
mention it to the Grand Committee Mr Matthew
has been very ill for some time which is the
reason you have not had the Leaps, but will
forward them as soon as I can,
