Sr
Mr Matthew wrote you that I had reced your Letter
with a bill of £100 on The Chitty who desired me to keep it
till yesterday when he beleived he should accept it, but
he still refuses to accept it, saying however that he
believes the bill is good, So pray let me know whether
I shall return it by protest for non acceptance or keep
it till further order.
