Mr Gayler
Mr. Morten was this day here, & I acquainted him
that there is two year & a Qurs: rent due for the three acres of
Land purchased of you, of which he says he is but
Obliged to pay one year due at Ladyday last; if so
the other year & quarter will rest on you to discharge
You are therefore desired to set this matter right
& when you come to town Mr Treasurer would be
glad to see you,

Sr.
The house in the Old Bailey which is in dispute between
you & Mr. Hornby is in a ruinous condition & may endanger the
neighbouring houses & the Lease expires at Michas, It is
necessary for the Hospl. to take some care about it & the
Grand Comee would gladly speak with you at their next
Meeting which will be on Friday sennit being the 23d inst.
at eleven o'Clock
