There being an arrear of long standing of Alderman
Heydon's gift due from yr. Compa. to this Hospital of £6,,13,4
whereof has been with held [..] by your Compa. 12/4 for many
years, I pray you will be so kind as to let the affair be look'd
into & the arrear paid which will oblige

I am to return you the thanks of the Gent. of the
Grand Comee for your kindness & trouble in respect to
Hancocks Arrears & the repairs at Comberton and they beg
the further favour of your opinion of the Stock on Hancock's
farm & what will be the most probable method for
securing the arrear & if you'll be so good as to lend yor.
further assistance I shall send you such a power to act
as you shall think necessary.
You are likewise desired to give directions for the
Barn doors you mentcon'd & such repairs at Comberton
as you think necessary.
Please to let me know whether there's business at
Hinton Nether hall with respect to a Court for I am directed
to hold Courts in August, & cause all the last receipts for Quit
