At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden at Hicks hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of
Middlesex by Adjournment on Tuesday the 23d day of April [..] in the twenty
seventh Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of
Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
St. Giles in the Feilds in the County of Middlesex Do attend this Court on Fryday
next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abidebythe Judgment and
determination of the sd. Court touching the matters mentioned in the within written Petition
and Appeal
