At the Generall Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid
by adjournment on Tuesday the Ninth Day of April in the twenty Seventh
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Chelsea have notice of this Appeal and that they and
all Persons concerned do attend this Court at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for this County by adjournmt. on Wednesday the twenty fourth
Day of April instant at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of the Same Court touching the Said
Appeal.
