WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
Hamlet of Ratcliffe That Elizabeth M [..]
wife of George Macneal< no role > (who is now at Sea in [..]
Majesties Service) with their two Children Vizt. [..]
Macneal aged about Eight years and William [..]

lately intruded, and
came into the said Hamlet of Ratcliffe
and are likely to become Chargeable to the same; [..]
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Pre [..]
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge [..]
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place [..]
last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth [..]
Mother and the said Elizabeth Macneal< no role > [..]

from and out of your said Hamlet of Ratcliffe
to the said Parish of Saint James
the liberty of the City of Westminster aforesd
and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens [..]
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of then
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereon,
who are hereby required to reveive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this Twenty Second. Day of April 1754
