To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at the
General Quarter Session of the Peace for the
same County assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Chapel Warden and Overseers of the Poor
of the Precinct of the Savoy in the County
aforesaid

Sheweth


That by an Order or Pass under the hands and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role >
and George Errington< no role > Esqrs two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for ye sd.
County of Middlesex (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the
18th day of March last Elizabeth Dutton< no role > (therein alledged to have lately come
intended herselfinto the Parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds in the
County aforesaid enddavouring to settle and likely to become chargeable there) was removed from
the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds to the said precinct of the
Savoy as the place of her last legal Settlementand(in and by the said
Order adjudged so to be) which Yor Petr. apprehend and Alledge it
is not and therefore conceive that they are aggrieved by the said Order
and do appeal against the same

Yor Petrs therefore humbly Pray Yor Worships
to Appoint a time during this present Session of the Peace
to hear and determine this their said Appeal
and that the said Order may be discharged and
vacated

And Yor Petrs shall pray Etc
