To the Rt. Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the Peace
by Adjournment Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the
said County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of J. Briscoe and Henry Trent< no role > Esqrs . Two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr.
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 30th. Day of March
1754 Elizabeth Isom< no role > and her two Children (to wit) Francis< no role > about Seven
years old and Andrew< no role > about three years old were Removed from
the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex to the Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the said County
as the Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby your
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Pray this
Court will please to appoint a time for hearing
and Determining the said Appeal and that all
persons concerned may then Attend.

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
