Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Westham
in the County of

of the peace for the said County of Middlesex
(One whereof is of the
Quorum) bearing date the Thirteenth Day of March One thousands seven
hundred and thirty three
that

and their child

aged about Fifteen weeks were removed from the
Said Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
aforesaid to the said parish of Westham
as the
place of their last legall Settlement
Your Petitioners therefore thinking themselves aggreived by the
Order of the said two Justices appeal to this Court and humbly
pray that the churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
and all parties concerned may be ordered to attend this Court
some day this Sessions to hear and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching this Appeal
And Your Petitioner Shall ever pray
