Whereas Mary Spillett< no role > aged about 48 years Widow of
William Spillett< no role > deceased hath for Some time Dwelt in the Said Hamlet of
Hammersmith being Allowed So to by reason of a Certificate
bearing Date the Fifteenth of March One Thousand Seven
hundred and Fifteen under the Hands and Seals of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Said Parish of Saint Pauls Covent
Garden Attend by James Bunce< no role > , Law: Randalk< no role > and Thomas
Gamlyn
< no role > , And Allowed by Peter Lavigne< no role > and P: Collins Esqrs
Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the Said County
of Middx New the Said Mary Spillett being reduced to great
Poverty in so much that the Said Mary Spillett is become
Chargeable to the Said Hamlet of Hammersmith These are therefore
in His Majestys Name to Command You or Either of you forthwith
to remove and Convey the Said Mary Spillett from the Said Hamlet
of Hammersmith to the Said Parish of Saint Pauls Covert Garden
where She is by Certificate above recited Owned and acknowledged
to be a Settled Inhabitant and Parisoner And deliver to the
ChurchWardens and Overseers of the Poor there or to Same or One
of them together with this Precept or a true Copy hereby who are
hereby required to receive and Provide for her as a Settled Inhabitant
there untill they Shall be other wise Discharged thereof According
to Law hereof fail not at Your Peril Given under Our Hands
and Seals this Sixth Day of March in the year of our Lord
God 1733
