The humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
Overseers of the Poor & Parishoners of the Parish of
St. Dunstan in the West London

Sheweth

That by Vertue of an Order under the hands & Seals of
Richard Newton< no role > & 6: Moore two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the said County (one of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 6th. day of this instant April , Mary Boyter< no role > Widow
was Removed from the Parish of St. Clements Danes in the
said County of Middx to the said Parish of St. Dunstan in
the West London as the place of the last Legal Settlement
of her the said Mary Boyter by which Order & Removall
your Petrs. think themselves Aggrieved & humbly Appeal
to this Court against the same

Your Petrs. therefore humbly Pray your Worships
will be pleased to Order a Short Day for all
parties to Attend your Worships on this Appeal
& to abide by the Order & determination of your
Worshipps touching the same

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
