At the General Quarter Session of the peace
of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid by adjornment on
Tuesday thattwenty third day of April in the
Seventh yeare of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Courtby this Courtthat the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
hamlet of poplar & Blackwall in this County
have notice of this appeale And that these
all persons concerned doe attend this Court on
Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
to heare & abide the Judgment & determination
of this Court touching the Said appeale
