Whereas Complaint hath been made unto his Maties
Justices of the Peace
of the County of Middx (One being
of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. George
aforesaid that

Widdow is lately come into the Said
Parish endeovouring to Settle herselfe there contrary to
Saw and She being lame and in Poor and mean
Circumstances we adjudge her likely to become chargable
to the Said Parish And whereas it appearreth unto
us the Said Justices of the Peace upon the Examinacon
of the Said

in the Said City of London
which we find and adjudge
do be True and where by Law She is to be Sent

Will and require you to convey and Pass the Said

from Your Said Parish of Saint
George
to the Parish of Trinity
aforesaid and
deliver her to the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there or to Some or one of them who
are hereby required to provide for her According to
Law Given under our hands and Seales this 20th
day of February
