At General Quarter Session of the peace of our
Sovereign Lord the Hing holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the Said County by Adjornmt. In Tuesday the twenty third
day of April in the Seventh year of the reign of
out Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. James within the Liberty of
Westmr . in this County have notice of this Petition & appeale
and that they and all other parties concerned do attend this
Court on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to
hear & abide the Judgment and determination of this Court
touching the Said appeale.
