Upon Reading the humble Peticon and Appeale of William King< no role >
Dr. of Lawes exhibited unto this Court Setting forth that the pe [..]
is rated and assessed for & toward the releife of the poor of the par [..]
of Ealing in this County for the Year One thousand Seven hundred
and twenty One the Sume of ten pounds & ten Shillings for the
great Tythes ariseing within [..] the said parish And alsoe the Sume
of Sixteen Pounds Seven Shillings & Six Pence towards the releife
of the poor of the said Parish for this present Year for the sd [..]
Great Tythes And that the Petr. is noe Inhitant within in the said
parish neither is he the Occupyer of the said Tythes And that he
therefore Conceived himself to be aggrieved wth. the said Rates
And prayed to be releived in the Premises And upon hearing of what
was insisted on by Councill for the said Appellant and alsoe by
Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the sd parish
of Ealing for the respective Yeares abovemenconed and upon
Examinacon of Severall persons upon their Oathes touching the
premises Forasmuch as A appeareth [..] to this Court that the
sd. Appellant is not an Inhitants within the said Parish
And that he is not nor was Occupyer of the sd. Tythes in either of
the Yeares aforesaid This Court Doth allow of the said Appeale
And Doth Order that the sd. Appellant be and he is hereby
absolutely Discharged of & from the Payment of the monies
Assessed upon him in the aforesaid Rates in respect of the Tythes
above menconed
