Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his
Majties: Justices of the peace for the County of Midlx
(Quor un) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
poor of the Parish of St: Mary Mal fellonals Whitechapl
in the sd: County that Martha Hannah< no role > the Wife of
Adam Hannah< no role > and her three Children (Vizt:) Mary< no role >
Aged about Nine Years, William< no role > Aged about Two
years, and Hester< no role > Aged about Two Months, the
Lawfull Issue of the said Adam Hannah< no role > and Martha
his Wife, are lately come into the sd: Parish Endeavouring
to Settle there Contrary to Law, and that they are
likely to become Chargeable to the sd: Parish Wee
the said Justices upon Examinacon of the prmises
and of the said Martha Hannah< no role > upon Oath doe
Adjudge the same to be true, and that the last
place of the legal Settlemt: of the said Martha
Hannah< no role > and her sd: Three Children is in the
Village of Cowley in the Parish of Hillington
in the sd County of Midlx :

These are therefore in his Majties: name to Comand
you on Sight hereof, to remove and and Convey the
sd: Martha Hannah< no role > and her sd: three Children from
and out of the sd: Parish of St: Mary Matfellon als
Whitechapl : to the sd: Village of Cowley in the Parish
of Hillington , And deliver them to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor there, or to one of thems
who are hereby required to recieve and pvide
for them According to Law, Given under
