To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex
And to the Church Wardens and Overseer of the poor
of the Parish of Langley Marsh in the County of
Bucks and to every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his
Majties: Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (Quor
unuc) by you the Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in the said County
that Henry Lobley< no role > hath intruded himself into your said
Parish not having any legall Settlement there, and is now
likely to be Chargable thereunto, And Whereas upon
Examinacon touching the Premisses and of the Said Henry
Lobley
< no role > taken before us upon Oath We the said Justices do
Adjudge the same to be true And do also Adjudge that the
Parish of Langley Marsh in the County of Bucks is the
place where the said Henry Lobley< no role > was last legally Settled.

These are therefore in his Majties: name to will and
require you the Church Wardens and overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch forthwith to
remove and Convey the said Henry Lobley< no role > from out of your
Said Parish unto the said Parish of Langley Marsh in the
said County of Bucks and him to deliver unto the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor there, some or One of
them, who are hereby required to receive and provide for
him according to Law Given under our hands and Seals
this 29th day of October Anno Dui 1722 .
