bearing date the 13th: Day of
November last
removed from the Parish of
St. Mary
White Chappel
in the said County of Middx
to the said
Parish of St. Mary Magdalen Bermondsey
as the
Place where the said Anne the Widow of
Benjamin
Clee< no role >
was last legally Settled.
That your Petitioners do humbly conceive they
can make it appear to your Worships that the place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Anne Clee< no role >
is not in
the said Parish of St. Mary Magdalen Bermondsey
Therefore your Petitioners humbly
Appeal against the said Order and pray
your Worships will be pleased to
Order the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the sd Parish
of St. Mary White Chappel to attend
this Court for the hearing the said
Appeal such day as your Worships
shall think fit
January 15th. 1722
And your Petitioners shall
