It is ordered by this Court that John Jones< no role > Gentl high
Constable of Kensington Division in this County
Doe attend his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County to be assembled at the next Generall
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the sd County
by adjornmt. on Tuesday the twenty sixth day of
February next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
to them cause why he should not forthwith pay
the moneys assessed in Easter Sessions last upon the Severall parishes &
places within Kensington Division aforesaid [..]
amounting in the whole to the sume of eleven
pounds five shillings and four pencefor & towards
the raiseing of moneys for releife of maimed
Soldiers & Mariners within the Hundreds of Ossulston
Edmonton & Gore in the said County, unto sd.
Daniel Dolun< no role > Knt . present Trearer of the moneys
raised for the purposes aforesaid, And hereof
the said John Jones< no role > is not to Saile as he will
answer the contrary at his peril
