Upon reading the humble peticon & appeale of Samuel
Hull< no role > exhibited unto this Court setting forth that by an
Order beareing date the nineteenth day of October

Father of a Female bastard child then lately borne on
or of the body of Elizabeth Russell< no role > Singlewoman in the
Liberty of Norton Falgate in the parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in this County, By which said order and
adjudicacon the petr. conceives himselfe to be aggreived
and humbly appeales therefrom, and prays this Court

Sessions of the peace to be held in & for this County to heare
& determine the merits of the said appeale, where upon
It is ordered by this Court that the benefit of the said
