their said appeale) the heareing & determining of the
said appeale be adjourned untill the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for the said
County of Middx, And that the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of both the said Parishes & all
persons concerned doe attend his Maties. Justices of the
peace for the County of Middx to be assembled at the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be
held for the same County by adjornmt. on Thursday
the seventeenth day of January next at ten of the
clock in the forenoon to heare & abide their Judgmt.
& determinacon touching the said appeale, And by
consent of the aforesaid Councell on both sides It
is further Ordered by this Court that in case the said
appeale shall at the heareing thereof be allowed, the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of St. Giles in the fields or some or one of them
shall forthwith pay or cause to be paid unto the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Dunstan
in the west or to some or one of them such sume of
money as shall be then allowed to them by the Court
for their costs of maintaining the said Richard Jones< no role >
untill the heareing of the said appeale,
