attendance on the same Court to prosecute their said
appeale) the heareing & determining of the sd. appeale
should be adjourned untill this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for the said
County of Middx, And that the Churchwardens
& overseers of the poor of both the sd. parishes &
all persons concerned should attend his Maties.
Justices of the peace for the County of Middx to be
assembled at this present Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace held for the same County by
adjornmt. on this present Thursday the seventeenth
day of January instant at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide their Judgmt. and
determinacon touching the said appeale, Now
upforasmuch as it appeareth to this Court by the
Oath of John Kelsall< no role > that he did on Saturday the
twelfth day of January instant deliver a coppy of
the said last menconed order unto Mr. Gamull one
of the Churchwardens of the said parish of St. Dunstan
in the West and at the same time pay to him the
sume of twenty shillings for the costs above menconed,
And For that neither the Churchwardens & overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Dunstan in the
West (tho' publiquely called in this Court) nor any
of them nor any other person on their or any
of their behalfe doe appeare in this Court to
prosecute the said appeale, This Court upon mocon
of Mr. Baynes of Councell for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Giles
in the fields Doth dismiss the said appeale And doth
ratify & confirm the aforesaid order of the sd. two
Justices of the peace, And doth require the
Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the sd
parish of St. Dunstan in the west & all persons
concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto, And
doth Order that the Church wardens & overseers of the
poor of the said parish of St. Dunstan in the west or
some or one of them doe forth with pay or cause to be
