the County day of the Easter Session and the same being agreed to

is hereby appointed Collected of the Tolls of the
St. James Haymarket
till the County day of the next Session of
the Peace to be holden for this County in the week next after the
close of Easter
A motion was then made that the Collector of the
Tolls of the Saint James Haymarket
be annually chosen o [..]
the County day of every Easter Session and the same being
resolved It is ordered accordingly
And the said Committee Report the
being desiroces of consulting and conferring with the Gentle [..]
in the Commission of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westmi

on the Subjects matters and things aforesaid they directed the [..]
to write a Letter to the Clerk of the Peace
for Westminster

the Gentlemen therewith and to desire a meeting for that purpose
That the Letters (Copies where of are hereunto annexed) had pass [..]
upon that Subject but that no conference had been had Hou [..]
the Committee have pursuant to the directions of the Court [..]
time to time communicated what they have done to the Chair [..]
of the Quarter Sessions of Westminster
and the Clerk has by the
directions of the Committee laid this Report before the Gentlem [..]
in the Commission of the Peace
for the said City and Liberty in
their Midsummer Quarter Session assembled and that the Co [..]
had with the greatest readiness unanimously approved the
and in all things ratifyed and Confirmed the same as appea [..]
