of the Peace for the County of Middlesex and the City and
Liberty of Westminster therein being laid before this Court and
being Read it was moved and Seconded that this Court do concur
with the said Committee and agree to the said Report and the
said motion being carried unanimously in the affirmative
This Court doth concur with the Said Committee approve of and
agree to the said Report in all respects accordingly and it is
ordered that Edward Naish Jonathan Chadwick Durden George
Smith Bradshaw
< no role > , Thomas Parker< no role > Charles Marsh< no role > William
Hyde
< no role > Thomas Bullard< no role > and John Hale< no role > Esquires or any other
of this Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said City and
Liberty of Westminster who may please to attend on any three
or more of them be and they are hereby appointed a Committee
to meet commune with and assist the committee appointed by
the Justices for Middlesex for carrying into Execution the
matters and things mentioned and Contained in the said
Report and the said Committee are hereby empowered and
authorized to carry the said matters and things conjointly with
said Middlesex Committee into Execution

Sir

His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in Consequence of a strict Examination into the present State
of the St. James Haymarket Judging it absolutely necessary that
several regulations should be forthwith made for the better
Government of the said Market so that it may be rendreds
less incommodious to the public and more advantageous to
the County and being descious of the assistance of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of
Westminster in the forming the same have directed me to
as quaint you that they intend to meet for this purpose at
Hicks Hall on Wednesday next the 27th. Instant at 11o Clock in
the forenoon precisely and therefore beg the favour that you
will immediately communicate the contents of this Letter
to the Chairman of the Quarter Sessions of the peace for
Westminster and take his Instructions thereupon as to the
conveneing the Gentlemen of Westmr. on this Business
