Prison to Mr. Edward
Hollybone.}

Whereas Edward Hollybone< no role > was this Day Chosen keeper of New Prison at Clerkenwell
in this County in the Place and Stead of Mr. Thomas Cavenagh< no role > deceased late
keeper of the said Prison upon Certain Terms & Conditions to be mentioned in the deed
of Appointment to be Signed & Sealed by his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this
County for appointing him keeper of the Said Prison, which Deed of Appointment is
not Yet Drawn the intended to be Shortly Drawn and Settled But to the Intent that
the Said Edward Hollybone< no role > may be let into the Possession of the said Prison in
Order to receive the accrewing Fees & Profits thereof It is Ordered by this
Court that Henry Walbank< no role > (who was at the last Sessions appointed keeper of
New Prison aforesaid Untill this sixth Day of December instant being the Day
appointed for the Electing of a keeper) do forthwith Deliver Possession of the
said Prison to the said Edward Hollybone< no role > .

to Saml. Elson< no role > Bricklayer
for work done at Hicks hall
and at Clerkenwell
Bridewells}

This Court being Satisfyed that the Sum of Nineteen Pounds
Seventeen Shillings and eight pence is due and owing unto Samuel
Elson Bricklayer upon his Bill for Work done at the Sessions house
called Hickshall inst. John Street , and at Clerkenwell Bridewell
which Bill appears to have been examined by Boulton Mainwaring< no role >
Esqr . one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County, And the
Said Samuel Elson< no role > praying that this Court will please to Order that
he may be paid the Said Sum, It is Ordered by this Court that Mr.
John Higgs< no role > Treaser of this County do pay the Said Sum of Nineteen
Pounds Seventeen Shillings and eight pence unto the Said Samuel
Elson in full of his Said Bill, whose Receipt together with this
Order Shall be a Sufficient discharge to the Said Treasurer for Such
payment.
