proper for the Court of Sessions of the peace to make to the
Petr. with respect to the Several Items or particulars by
him claymed & above mentioned in the Same Petition,
And this Court doth hereby empower & authorize the Said
Committee of Justices or any three of them by writing
under their hands to Order the Treasurer of this County
to pay a Sum not exceeding twenty pounds unto the
Petr. on account or in part of his Said demands and that the
Same be allowed to the Said Treasurer upon his account,
And the Said Committee of Justices or three of them are
desired to make their Report touching the premisses
unto the Court of the next General Quarter Session of the
peace for this County on the County day of the Same
Session.
