Same) And that a further Sum of money (over & above
the Said twenty pounds) will be necessary to be allowed
to defray the charge of doing the Said further repaires, And
that the workmen which have been employed to do the
repaires first above mentioned desire to be paid the moneys
due to them for the Same, It is Ordered by this Court that the Said
Mr. Clitherow be and he is hereby desired to employ Such
able Workman or Workmen as he Shall think proper to do
Such further repaires and to expend Such Sum or Sums of
of money therein (not exceeding the Sum of ten pounds
in the whole) as he Shall think proper to be done for Secureing
the Said Bridge untill the time of rebuilding the Same,
And that Such Sum or Sums of money as the Said Mr. Clitherow< no role >
shall by any writing or writings by him Signed under his
hand certify tothebe due to the Workmen and shall direct to
be paid to them respectively for doing the Said further
repaires as also for doing the Said former reparies pursuant to
the Said recited Order not exceeding the Sum of thirty pounds
in the whole, be paid to them respectively by Mr. John Higgs< no role >

Workmen together with this Order and Such writing or
