do forthwith (after notice of this Order) attend
the Court of Sessions of the peace for this County at Hicks hall
in
St. John Street
in the said County, and there take his Oath for
his due execution of the Office of high Constable
of Kensington
Division aforesaid, And from and after the time of his having
taken such Oath the said Joseph Wedgborough< no role >
is to Stand
absolutely discharged from being high Constable
of the said
Division.

Application being made unto this Court by
John Clarke< no role >
late Petty Constable
within the Parish of Kensington
in this
County informing this Court that Several Sums of money
are due to him upon the Certificates of allowances made to
him by Several Justices of the peace of this County for his
trouble & expences in the passing & releiving of Vagrants
during the time of his being Constable within the Same
Parish, and praying that he may be paid the Moneys so due
to him This Court being Satisfyed that the moneys due to him
for the releiving of Vagrants after the rate of Six pence for
releiving each Vagrant, and for the passing of Vagrants
after the rate of Six pence a Mile do amount in the whole
to the Sum of Seven pounds four Shillings and Six pence
Doth Order that

pay the same Sum unto the said
John Clarke< no role >
in full of all his
demands for the passing and releiving of Vagrants, whose
receipt together with this order Shall be a Sufficient discharge
