Second day of the next
Sessions at Hicks hall }

It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing & determining
the matter of the complaint of Catherine Crowder< no role > against
Peter Creswell< no role > Keeper of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County concerning Several misdemeanors by her
charged to have been comitted by him as Keeper of the
Said prison, be and the Same is hereby adjourned untill
the next General Session of the peace to be holden at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in & for the Said County by
adjornment on Tuesday the twenty Sixth day of February
next at ten of the clock in the forenoon, And His further
Ordered by this Court that the Said Catherine Crowder< no role > and
also Richard Nrothman Hannah Smedley< no role > wife of James
Smedley and< no role > Mary Tedman< no role > wife of John Tedman< no role > do
then attend the Court of the Said next General Session at
Hicks hall aforesaid to make out the truth of the Said
complaint.
