It is Ordered by this Court that a Committee of Justices of the
peace for this County be appointed to mannage the
defence of the Justices of the peace of the Said County to the
Allegations of the petition preferred against them to the
Honble . House of Commons and now depending And
that the Said Committee be Edward Barker< no role > Esqr . the
present Chairman and all the Gentlemen in the Commission
of the peace for this County who have been Chairmen at
the Sessions, and such other Gentleman in the Said
Commission as they Shall call to their assistance, And
It is agreed that all expences attending the managemt.
of Such defence Shall be born and paid by the voluntary
Contribution of the Justices of the peace for this County.

for disposition of
moneys out of what
Fund Such moneys
shall be issued Etc}

It is Ordered by this Court That when any order or
Orders Shall be hereafter made by the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the peace for this County
touching the payment or disposition of any Sum or
Sums of money, It Shall be Specified in the Minutes
of Such Orders, out of what Fund Such money Shall
be issued, And that all Such Orders, when drawn up,
Shall be brought to the Chairman of the Court of
Sessions for the time being, to be perused by him
before they be delivered out.
