And to inspect the Contract or Contracts entred into by Mr.

paviour for his new paving and keeping in
good repair the pavement of the Said Hay-Market
,
And to take a view of the Same Hay-Market
, And See if
the Same is kept in good and Sufficient repaire, as the
Said Mr. Mist did by his Said Contract agree to do, and in
what condition the Same now is, And if it Shall appear
that the Said Hay-Market
is out of repaire Then to
consider what is proper to be done for the effectual repairing
and keeping the Same in good & Sufficent repaire, And to
make their Report in writing touching the premisses to the
Court of the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County.
