Hundred of Edmonton in the Stead & place of the Said
William Roberts< no role > , And doth Order that the Said William
Knowlton do immediatly (after notice of this Order)
attend the Said Honorat Smith< no role > Esqr . & Charles Egerton< no role >
Esqr . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
residing within the Said Hundred or one of them or Some
other Justice of the peace for this County residing in or
near the Same Hundred, And take his Oath before the
Said Justices or one of them or other Justice of the peace
for his due execution of the Office of high Constable
within the Said Hundred, And from & after the time of

to Stand discharged from his Said Office of high
Constable.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Gideon Sanders< no role >
high Constable within the Hundred of Elthorn in this
County exhibited unto this court Settingforth That the
Petr. hath executed the Office of high Constable within
the Hundred of Elthorn in this County exhibited unto
this Court Settingforth That the Petr. hath executed the
Office of high Constable within his Division of the
Said Hundred for upwards of three years last past,
And hath collected & reced all the publick moneys
upon the Several Rates & orders to him Sent, and is
ready to account for the Same, with the publick
Treasurer for this County, And that the Petr. hath for
Several Months past resided out of the Said Hundred
of Elthorn And that the executing the Said Office
