It is Ordered by this Court that Gideon Saunders< no role > Gent
be and he is hereby nominated chosen appointed and
continued Treasurer of the moneys collected & received
or to be collected and received for the Marshalsea
Kings Bench and Hospitalls for the Hundreds of
Elthorne , Spelthorne and Isleworth in this County for
the year One thousand Seven hundred and thirty
Seven.

Constable within the
Hundred of Elthorne
in the Stead & place of
Edward Scott< no role > Gent }

Application being made unto this Court by Edward
Scott Gent< no role > high Constable within the Hundred of
Elthorne in this County alledging that he hath Served
the Said Office of high Constable for the Space of three
years & upwards, And [..] praying that this Court
will be pleased to discharge him from the Said Office
This Court being Satisfyed of the truth of the premisses
Doth appoint Thomas Keene< no role > of Vxbridge within the
Said Hundred in this County Gent to be high Constable
within the Said Hundred of Elthorne in the Stead &
place of the Said Edward Scott< no role > , And doth Order that
the Said Thomas Keene< no role > do forthwith (after notice of
this Order) attend Sr. George Cooke< no role > Knt. James Rogers< no role >
Thomas Blencowe< no role > & George Cooke< no role > Esqrs . four of his
Maties Justices of the peace for the Said County residing
in or near the Said Hundred or one of them or Some
other Justice of the peace for this County residing in
or near the Same Hundred and take his Oath
before the Said four Justices of the peace or one of them
or Some other Justice as aforesaid for his due
execution of the office of high Constable within the
Hundred of Elthorne aforesaid, And from & after the
time of his haveing taken Such Oath the Said Edward
Scott is to Stand discharged from his Said Office of
high Constable.
