Application being made unto this Court by John
Weeden informing this Court that in the year of our Lord
One thousand Seven hundred & thirty two he agreed
with
Henry Barker< no role >
Esqr
. Treasurer of moneys raised for
repaire of a publick Bridge called Brentford Bridge
in this
County to digg & cast eighty loads of gravel at
Small borough Green, and to bring and lay it on the
Said Bridge at two Shillings a load, And that in the
Month of December in the same year he brought & laid
eighty loads of gravel upon the Said Bridge for the
repairing of the Same which at two Shillings a load
amount in the whole to the Sum of eight pounds, of
which he hath delivered a bill of Particulars, and that
the Said Sum is yet unpaid & remaining due to the
Said

, And this Court being informed that
the Sum of Seven pounds & two Shillings is now
remaining in the hands of the Said Mr. Barker after
a deduction of his disbursements out of the moneys by
him received as Treasurer Doth Order that the Said Mr.
Barker be and he is hereby desired to pay the Said
Sum of Seven pounds & two Shillings unto the Said

on account of his Said demand, whose
receipt together with this Order Shall be a Sufficient
discharge to the Said Mr. Barker for Such payment.
