& General Sessions of
the peace for the
County of Middx }

Whereas the Several Offices or places of House keeper of
the Sessions house called Hicks Hall in St. John Street in
this County and of Cryer of the General Quarter and
General Sessions of the peace for the Said County are
become vacant by the resignation of Thomas Bromley< no role >
Gent late House keeper of Hicks hall aforesaid and
Cryer of the Said Sessions who hath this day resigned
his Said Offices or places of House keeper and Cryer
and is and Stands discharged from the Same Now
upon reading the petition of Andrew Osborne< no role > of
Hexton in the parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch in
this County Esqr . praying that this Court will please
to appoint him Housekeeper of Hicks hall aforesaid
and Cryer of the Said Sessions This Court being satisfyed
that the Said Andrew Osborne< no role > is a fit & proper person
to be So appointed hath thought fit And doth hereby
constitute & appoint the Said Andrew Osborne< no role > to be
House keeper of Hicks hall aforesaid and also Cryer of
the General Quarter & General Sessions of the peace
for this County in the Stead & place of the Said Thomas
Bromley To have hold execute & enjoy the Said
place of Housekeeper and also the Said Office of Cryer
by himself or Such Sufficient Deputy or Deputys as
the Justices of the peace of this County to be
assembled in their General Quarter or General
Sessions or the major part of them Shall approve of
And by himself or Such Deputy or Deputys to have
receive & take to the use of him the Said Andrew Osborne< no role >
all Just & due Fees, advantages, profits, emoluments &
appurtenances to the Said place of Housekeeper and office
of Cryer respectively belonging or in any wife
appertaining dureing the pleasure only of the Justices
