Upon reading the Report of John Martin< no role > Alexander Garrett< no role >
Anthony Chamberlain< no role > & Robert Hinde< no role > Esqrs . being a
Quorum of the Committee of his [..] Maties Justices of the
peace of this County appointed to take the Accounts of the
Treasurers & high Constables of the Said County, and also
appointed by Order of Court to examin what sum of
mony was justly due to Russell Farmer< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Joseph Winch< no role > &
John [..] Randall< no role > late Constables of Uxbridge in this
County or any and which of them for the passing of
Vagrants they having exhibited their Petition to the
Court of Sessions to be paid the moneys due to them for
the Said Service It appeareth to this Court by the said
Report that the said Committee of Justices have perused
& inspected the Certificates therein mentioned, and
likewise the Report therein mentioned of Justices of
the peace residing in Uxbridge Division, And did
find by the said Certificates, of allowances, Report of the
Justices & affidavits mentioned in the Report of the
said Committee that the Petrs. have expended & laid out
for the passing & releiving of Vagrants the Sum of
eight pounds and four Shillings, which the Said
Committee Certify ought to be paid to the said Petrs.
This Court upon consideration had of the said Report
Doth agree to the same And It appearing to this Court
that the Sum of four pounds and ten Shillings part of
the said Sum of eight pounds and four Shillings is due
to the Petr. Farmer Russell< no role > , that one pound and ten
Shillings other part ofthereof is due to the Petr. Joseph
Joseph Winch< no role > , and that two pounds and four Shillings
other part thereof is due to the Widow & Executrix of
the said Petr. John Randall< no role > , It is Ordered by this Court
that the said respective Sums of money be accordingly
forthwith paid to them respectively by Mr. Edward
Scott high Constable of Uxbridge Division in this
County, if [..] he hath Sufficient money in his hands
for that purpose, or else by the Treasurer of the Said
County, And that the respective receipts of the Said
respective persons together with this Order shall be
discharges to the said high Constable or Treasurer who
shall pay the same.
