of the peace of this County or the major part of them
upon Condition that the Said Andrew Osborne< no role > or Such
Deputy House keeper to be approved of as afoersaid
dureing the time that he the Said Andrew Osborne Shall
continue House keeper as aforesaid do constantly reside
and inhabite at Hicks Hall aforesaid and well and truely
perform the busyness & place of Housekeeper of Hicks hall
aforesaid, and pay the yearly rent of Six Shillings and
eight pence yearly to the Trustees of the Estate belonging
to this County or to the Receiver of the rents of the
Said estate to be added to the County Stock of the Said
County, the first paymet to beginn & to be made on
the Feast day of the Nativity of our Lord Christnow
next ensueing, And pay bear and defray all and all
manner of taxes, Rates, charges of the New River
water, and parish dutys, And at the proper costs &
charges of him the Said Andrew osborne or of Such
Deputy as aforesaid well & Sufficiently uphold, repaire
& maintaine Hicks hall aforesaid and the pavement
thereto belonging with the appurtenances in good
& Sufficient repaire as often as occasion shall be or
requrie, And that he the Said Andrew Osborne his
Executors or Administrators or such Deputy as
aforesaid Shall forthwith after the death of the Said
Andrew Osborne< no role > or Sooner determination of his
Said place of House keeper in case he Shall be
displaced or removed from thence or resign the Same
quietly & peaceably Surrender & deliver up the
possession of Hicks Hall aforesaid with the appurtenances
and also all the goods therein belonging to this County
and also all Such other goods as Shall or may belong to
this County and Shall be placed in Hicks Hall aforesaid
and delivered to the custody & charge of the Said Andrew
Osborne or Such Deputy as aforesaid, unto Such person
or persons and in Such manner as the Justices of the
peace of this County assembled in their General
Quarter or General Sessions or the major part of them
Shall appoint to take possession of the Same for their
use, And also upon Condition that he the said Andrew
Osborne or Such Deputy Cryer to be approved as
aforesaid do well & truely execute & perform the Said
