aforesaid in repaire and delivering up all the goods
belonging to the Said County mentioned in an Inventory
written under the Same to Such person as the Justices of
the peace of the said County assembled in Sessions or the
major part of them Should appoint to take possession of
the Same for their use, It is Ordered by this Court that it be
And It is hereby recomended and referred unto

Justices of the peace for this County or any three or more
of them as a Committee to assemble & meet together at
Hicks Hall aforesaid at Such time or times as they Shall
in this behalf appoint, And to inspect the aforesaid bill
of disbursments of the Said Mr. Bromley and a bill
of one pound four Shillings & three pence brought
in by Richard Jupp< no role > for Carpenters work & other work
done at Hicks hall , and also to peruse the aforesaid Bond
and the Condition thereof, And to consider if the Said Bills
or any and what part thereof are reasonable &
proper to be allowed, And to See that the goods mentioned
in the Said Inventory, and also a new Jack in the kitchen,
and the new Stove grate & five new Umbrellas in
the Great Dining Room (bought Since the time of
making the Said Inventory and not comprized therein)
are now remaining at Hicks hall , and in what
Condition the Same are, And to consider if the Said Bond
may be delivered upto the Said Mr. Bromley, who is
to deliver possession of all the Said goods to the Said
Mr. Osborne for the use of the Justices of the peace , of
this County, And to make their Report touching the
premisses unto this Court.
