the cons of the peticon

late petty Constable of
South Mims }

It is Ordered by this Court that the consideracon of the peticon
of Thomas Martin< no role > late petty Constable of the parish of
South-Mims in this County praying that he may be paid the
sume of ten pounds due to him for passing & releiving of
Vagrants for one quarter of a Year ending at Lady day one
thousand seven hundred & twenty eight, which Mr. Thomas
Jones the then Treasurer of Vagrant money was Ordered to pay
but did not pay to the said Martin, be adjourned untill the
County day of the next General Quarter sessions of the
peace for this County, and in case the said Thomas Martin< no role >
be not otherwise Satisfyed the same by that time This Court
doth Resolveth. the same shall be paid to him by William
Cotesworth Esqr . the present Treasurer of the money raised
for the passing & releiving of Vagrants, and the Same is
to be replaced & paid to him out of the [..] moneys due
from the said Thomas Jones< no role > upon the ballance of his
account,

of Glasshouse Yard }

It is Ordered by this Court that William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr . Treasurer
of the moneys raised in this County for the passing & releiving
of Vagrants Doe thereout pay unto John Taylor< no role > one of the
Constables of the Liberty of Glasshouse yard in the parish of
St. Botolph without Aldersgate in the said County the Sum
of Sixteen Shillings & Six pence, and alsoe unto Francis
Oliver [..] another of the Constables of the said Liberty the Same of
two pounds Six Shillings & Six pence in Satisfaccon of the
moneys allowed to the said John Taylor< no role > & Francis Oliver< no role >
respectively for their trouble & expences in passing and
releiving of Vagrants, And that their respective receipts
together with this Order Shall be Sufficient discharges to the
said Treasurer for Such respective payments,

Said house of in this County both deced exhibited unto this
Court Settingforth That the petrs. Said Mother dyed the
nineteenth day of April last after her haveing been
faithfull & industrious honestly to discharge her trust in
