Rent there or discharge from thence in any Civil
Action Settled & Established the fourteenth day of
February Anno Dm 1729 And in the third year of
the Reigne of his Majesty King George the Second
pursuant to a late Act of parliament, Intituled, An Act for the
releif of Debtors with respect to the imprisonment of their
persons (vizt.)

To the Keeper of the said prison upon the discharge of every
prisoner on the Masters side committed in any Civil Action

for each Prisoner that chooseth to goe on the Master's Side,

Noe fee to be taken on the dismission or discharge of any

or discharge of any prisoner in any Civil Action or Actions
than what is above menconed
