His Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middxand
Together with the Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty
of Westminster being alsoe Justices of the peace for the said
County, assembled at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the said
County on this present Thursday the ninth day of April in
the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & thirty
(being the County day of Easter Sessions in the same year held
for the said County) have by Vertue of an Act of parliament
made in the eighth & ninth years of the reign of his late
Matie King William the third, Intituled, An Act for paving &
regulating the Hay-Market in the parishes of St. Martin in the
fields and St. James within the Liberty of Westminster ,
Nominated elected & appointed and doe nominate elect &
appoint Samuel Weaver< no role > of the said parish of St. James within
the Liberty of Westminster in the said County Baker to be
Collector of the moneys ariseing by the toll payable for the
Hay & Straw brought or to be brought into & Standing to be
Sold in the said Hay-Market for this present year one
thousand Seven hundred & thirty and untill the General
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held for the said County in
the week after Easter next, (if he shall soe long time well
behave himself in the said office or employment) who is
hereby required thereout to pay unto John Mist< no role > pavior his
Execrs. or Admrs. for new paveing & keeping the said Hay-Market
in repaire the yearly Sume of Seventy four pounds by
quarterly payments comenceing from the twenty fifth day
of March 1780 according to the tenor of an order of the
General Quarter Sessions of the peace for the said County
in that behalfe made on this ninth day of April instant,
and to defray the expence of repairing Such part of the
pavement as shall at any time or times be repaired by
Order of any two of the Standing Committee of Justices of
of the peace of this County in the said order named in case
the said John Mist< no role > his Executors or Admrs. shall neglect to
repaire the same within Six days after notice in writing
delivered to or left for him or them to repaire the same, by
any two of the said Committee, And to deduct the
