Justices of the peace for this County of Middx or any
five or more of them as a Committee to meet together at
Hicks hall in St. John Street in the said County on Tuesday
the fourteenth day of April instant at four of the clock in
the afternoon at such other times as they shall in this
behalf appoint, And to search if they can find any precedent
or precedents how the Justices of the peace of the said County
have heretofore demeaned themselves upon occasion of
any former differences between them & the Judges of Goal
Delivery at the Old Baily , And to consider of the matters
above menconed, And to make their Report in writing
touching the premisses unto the Court of the next
Generall Sessions of the peace for the said County on the
County day of the same Sessions(to witt)Thursday the
fourteenth day of May next at two of the clock in the
afternoon, And that all the Justices of the peace of the
said County be in the mean time sumoned to be present
at Hicks hall at that time upon the occasion above
menconed.
