same from time to time out of the next quarterly
payment which shall become due to the said John Mist< no role > his
Execrs. or Admrs. out of the said yearly Sume of Seventy four
pounds, And the said Samuel Weaver< no role > is also required out of
the said Toll money to pay such other Sume & Sumes of
money as he already is or shall be required by order of the
General or Quarter Sessions of the peace for this County to
disburse & pay upon account of the said Hay-Market , and to
account for the said Toll money & profits ariseing by the
said Market according to the directon of the said Act of
parliament, And this Court doth order that the said
Samuel Weaver< no role > (in lieu of the Salary of twenty pounds P
Ann formerly allowed to the Collector which Salary is to
cease & determine from Easter day 1730 by Vertue of an Order
made in January Sessions one thousand Seven hundred &
twenty nine) be allowed for his trouble care & paines in &
about his collecting the said Toll and the execucon and
performance of his said office or employment from Easter
day one thousand Seven hundred & thirty untill Easter
Sessions one thousand Seven hundred & thirty one four
Shillings out of every twenty Shillings by him collected or
to be collected within that time for the Toll & profits aforesaid,
he the said Samuel Weaver< no role > rendring an account upon Oath
in Easter Sessions one thousand Seven hundred & thirty one
of all & every Sume & Sumes of money which he shall
have received & paid from Easter day one thousand Seven
hundred & thirty, as by the said Act of parliament is

It is Ordered by this Court that William Cotesworth< no role > Esqr.
Treasurer of the moneys raised in this County for the passing
& releiving of vagrants Doe thereout pay unto Henry
Mackris
< no role > Gent high Constable of Endfield , within the
Hundred of Edmonton in this County the Sume of twenty
pounds for the allowance made him for his trouble and
expences in passing & releiving of Vagrants for half a
year ending at Michmas one thousand Seven hundred &
twenty eight, and the like Sume of twenty pounds for the
like Service for half a year ending at Lady day one
thousand Seven hundred & twenty nine, which Several
Sumes by two Several Orders, the one made in December
