Mary by even & equall pertions, And that the receipt or
receipts of the said John Mist< no role > his Execrs. or Admrs. Shall be a
Sufficient discharge or discharges to him the said Samuel
Weaver and the Collector or Collectors for the time being for
such his or their respective payments, Provided nevertheless
that in case the said, John Mist< no role > his Execrs. or Admrs. shall at
any time or times neglect to repaire any part of the said
pavemt. within Six days after notice in writing delivered
to or left for him or them to repair & amend the same by
any two or more of the Justices of the peace for this County
herein after named (who are hereby appointed a Standing
Committee) and if such pavement shall be repaired by
Order of any two of the said Comittee Then the said
Samuel Weaver< no role > or the Collector, or Collectors for the time
being are hereby empowered & required to defray the
expence thereof and to deduct the same from time to time
out of the next quarterly paymt. which shall become due to
the said John Mist< no role > his Execrs. or Admrs. out of the said Yearly
Sume of Seventy four pounds, And It is further Ordered by this
Court that from & after the Sealing & delivery of the said
Articles of Agreemt. the said Sr. Henry Penrice< no role > Sr. George
Walter Robert Thornhill< no role > John Milner< no role > This name instance is in set 4214. Nicholas Jeffreys< no role >
Bowater Vernon< no role > John Mohun< no role > Nathaniel Blackerby< no role >
William Cotesworth< no role > John Mercer< no role > Thomas Salt< no role > Thomas Scott< no role >
Alexander Chock< no role > Richard Farwell< no role > & John Meard< no role > Esqrs.
above named and also the Honble. William Clayton< no role > Thomas
Woodcock

Esqrs . Justices of the peace of this County or any two or more
of them be & they are hereby appointed the Standing
Committee to oversee the said Hay-Market from time to
to time & to take care & direct that the same be well &
Sufficiently new paved as aforesaid & continually kept in
good repaire & so left at the expiracon of the said terme
according to the tenor & intent of the said Agreement,
And that they have power to meet when where & as
